Day 1: Tangier – Asilah.
We will meet you at Tangier, known as “the door of Africa”, one of the most vibrant, mysterious cities of Morocco.
we will visit the Caves of Hercules. According to legend before heading to Asilah, this is where the mythical figure of Hercules rested after making his 12 tasks. The entrance to the cave is oriented towards the Atlantic and are flooded during high tides. The views inside offers are an experience.
We will arrive at this small coastal town, definitely one of the most beautiful in northern Morocco, with its small medina characterized by blue houses and look decorated with colorful drawings. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Asilah – Rabat
After breakfast, We will travel to Rabat “the capital of Morocco”. Upon arrival, We will go for a visit to Hassan tower and Kasbah of Oudaya. Afterward, We will continue to our hotel in the heart of the city. Dinner and overnight included.
Day 3: Rabat – Casablanca
After breakfast, We will start our day, traveling along the Atlantic, to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco.
Upon arrival at Casablanca, We will visit this famous mosque of Hassan II. One of the tallest buildings in the world. We will go to a visit inside the mosque before continuing to Mohammed V square. This square is one of the famous places to see in Casablanca with Pigeons all over the fountain. Afterward, We will finish our day tour at the hotel for dinner and night.
Day 4: Casablanca – Essaouira.
After breakfast, We will travel along the coast to another Atlantic city. Essaouira, this city named as Mogador before. We will go for a walk around the small city and explore the Portuguese old buildings. We will also go for a walk on its seaside enjoying the fresh breeze of the Atlantic coast.
After a while, we will drive back to our hotel, where we will stop for dinner and night.
Day 5: Essaouira – Marrakech.
After breakfast, We will drive to Marrakech, passing by the Argan trees fields. There, we will make a stop to see the goats on the top of the trees eating the Argan trees leaves. We will then continue to Marrakech with its red building. Upon arrival, We will go to our hotel for dinner and night.
Day 6: Marrakech ( Guided tour).
After breakfast, We will go on a guided trip with our English speaking local guide to its famous Jemaa el Fna square.
We will see the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Ben Youssef Koranic School. After lunch at a restaurant near the square, you will walk through the souks and view hundreds of handicrafts. In the afternoon, you will have some free time to walk by yourself and see Marrakech as you like. Dinner and night at your Riad or hotel.
Day 7: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Dades gorges.
After breakfast, We will travel to Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. By the way, We will pass by the high Atlas mountains with its Berber panoramic villages. 30 Kms to Ouarzazate, We will stop to visit Ait Benhaddou with lunch on the spot. After lunch, We will continue passing through the Rose Valley and Dades valley. Night and dinner included in Dades canyons.
Day 8: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Sahara desert dunes.
After breakfast, We will visit Dades gorges with its panoramic view of the Dades river and Berber villages. We will also visit “monkeys toes” these natural rocks in the Valley before continuing to Todgha gorges.
Upon arrival to Todgha gorges, We will go for a walk in between the gorges, enjoying the fresh breeze. Afterward, We will continue to the desert via the black Hamadas with its mountains and Berber nomads. On the way, we will pass by the capital of Fossils “Erfoud” heading to Merzouga dunes of Erg Chebbi. There we will go on our camels for sunset before going to the Camp, where we will stop for the night under bright stars.
Day 9: Sahara desert dunes excursion ” Day trip around the desert – Camel trekking – Night in Berber tents”.
After breakfast, We will be taken on a desert day tour around the sand dunes. We will visit the Nomads in their tents and small houses built with mud and rocks. Afterward, We will visit the mines of Miffis. These mines are rich in eyeliner and fossils. From there we will continue our way to the Gnaoua house of music. There, we will meet these black guys dressed in white playing their soul music and dancing around before we go for lunch in this Berber restaurant to have a Berber pizza. After lunch, we will return to our hotel where will have a shower and get ready for our sunset camel trek. Dinner and night in Berber camp under bright stars.
Day 10 : Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt.
According to your choice, we will wake up early in the morning to walk to the top of the lower sand dunes or go on our camel trek to watch what will be the best sunrise of your life. Afterward, we’ll peacefully camel trek back to our riad for breakfast. En route, you couldn’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes changing with the light as the day progresses. we will start driving to Midelt “the Apple capital” via Errachidia along with the magnificent. Ziz valley carved through volcanic rocks, and through Tizi-N-talghamt Pass to Midelt. Upon arrival, We will go for our hotel check-in. Dinner and night.
Day 11 : Midelt – Azrou Cedar forest – Ifrane – Fez.
After breakfast, We will start traveling to Fez crossing the rest of the Anti-Atlas mountains with its greens hills. On the way, We will stop at this forest of Azrou, the largest forest in Morocco. There, we will stop to see the Monkeys and take some photos. Afterward, We will continue to Fes, passing by the city of Ifrane, which is known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”. Upon arrival to Fes, we will go to our hotel or riad for dinner and overnight.
Day 12: Fez (Guided tour).
After breakfast, We will be taken on an exploring guided tour in Fes which is the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Our visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarter, the first Mellah in Morocco, was built during the 16th century. We will ensure that you visit all sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the oldest in the region, the Tanneries, the Attarine museum and Mulay Idriss mausoleum. After lunch, you will visit the tiles cooperative and then experience a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes. In the afternoon, we will visit the new city for a drink before we return back to our riad.
Day 13: Fez – Chefchaouen.
After breakfast, We will start our day tour, by traveling to the blue city of Chefchaouen. A charming little town located in the foothills of the Tisouka and Megou mountains of the Rif Mountains, which rise above the town like two horns, giving the city its name (Chefchaouen in Berber means “look at the horns” ) City with very little car traffic in a clean. Upon arrival, We will discover the blue old Medina, walking in its alleys and enjoying its blue and white painted walls and stairs. Dinner and overnight in a riad or hotel.
Day 14: Chefchaouen – Tetaouan – Tangier.
After breakfast, We will drive to Tangier crossing the Rif mountains and passing by the city of Tetouan. Upon arrival, We will transfer you to your hotel or airport. End of the trip.
