Day 1: Fes – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga Desert dunes – (Camel trekking and overnight in luxury camp):
Our 3 days Desert tour departure will be from Fes and ends in Marrakech: After your breakfast, our English-speaking driver will come to meet you at your riad/hotel, then drive towards Ifrane “the Switzerland of Morocco”. We then continue to Azrou Cedar forest where we will see the Barbary Apes and take a break at the spot for some time. Our destination will be towards the Desert dunes of Merzouga by crossing the Middle Atlas mountains with their amazing views that remind us of the Arizona desert. We will have a lunch break in one of the Atlas villages including a shortstop. After lunch, we will continue driving towards the South-east of Morocco with a panoramic stop at Ziz Valley which is also known as the Palm grove of Tafilalet. Here we will be amazed by the green view of nature that makes a chain between the desert gate and the Atlas. Our journey continues to Merzouga dunes where we will go for a camel trekking experience to catch a lifetime sunset over the sand dunes.
